How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to provide, maintain, and improve the Dilzee platform. This includes:
Providing your eCommerce storefront services, processing payments and disbursements, sending service-critical notifications, preventing fraud and unauthorized access, improving our AI capabilities through aggregate (non-personal) analytics, and complying with Indian regulatory and RBI payment guidelines.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted storage, HTTPS-only transmission, and restricted administrative access, to safeguard your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Sensitive payment data (card numbers, bank account details) is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners and is never stored on Dilzee servers.

Third-Party Services
Dilzee integrates with carefully selected third-party services (such as payment gateways, logistics partners, and cloud infrastructure providers) solely to deliver its core platform functionality. These partners are contractually bound to protect your information in compliance with applicable laws.
