You agree to use Dilzee solely for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized scraping, data mining, or malicious exploitation of our infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Dilzee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All software, interfaces, brand names, visual styles, and digital assets associated with Dilzee and Dilzee Tech are protected by copyright and trademark law — both internationally and, for our Indian operations, under the Indian Copyright Act and Trade Marks Act. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any platform component is strictly prohibited.

All payments processed through our integrated gateways are subject to verification. We may cancel or hold any transaction flagged for fraud or a breach of our security requirements. Dilzee Tech is not liable for losses arising from user negligence in connection with an otherwise valid transaction.

These terms apply to merchants and users worldwide. Dilzee Tech is registered in India, and these terms and related policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If you are located outside India, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory protections available to you under the consumer or data-protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
